1. Acceptance of these terms
Lucas' World (“the App”) is a private invoice-management service operated for carers, plan managers, coordinators and administrators within a closed group. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The service
The App lets authorised users create and manage invoices for NDIS support work, store them, and — when a carer has connected their Gmail — send an invoice email with the PDF attached from the carer’s own address to the plan manager of their choice. Use of the App is limited to people invited by the operators of Lucas' World.
3. Your account
- You need an account set up for you by an operator or administrator.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including the contact details that appear on your invoices.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Gmail connection
- Connecting Gmail is voluntary and can be removed at any time from your profile (or by revoking access in your Google Account).
- When connected, you authorise the App to send invoice emails you initiate from your own Gmail address using the
gmail.sendpermission (“send email on your behalf”). - The App never reads your inbox, drafts, contacts or other mail, and does not use your Gmail data for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
- Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your Google account and the permission you grant us.
5. Invoices and emails to plan managers
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and for the correctness of the plan manager’s email address.
- Emails are sent only when you press “Send to plan manager”, and appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
- The App is a tool that helps you manage your own invoicing. It is not a party to, and does not make decisions about, any NDIS plan, funding agreement, or payment between you and a plan manager.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the App to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to misrepresent who you are or what an invoice is for, to interfere with other users’ data, or to try to gain access to parts of the App you have not been given.
7. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party providers, including Google (sign-in and Gmail sending), Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Cloudflare R2 (avatar storage), Resend (system emails) and Upstash (rate limiting). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide, and the App is not responsible for their operation.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design and content are owned by or licensed to Lucas' World. You keep ownership of the data you enter into the App; this does not give you any rights in the App itself. You may use the App only as described in these terms.
9. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sent emails will always be delivered.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucas' World and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, arising out of your use of the App or any email sent through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, or if the closed group that the App serves no longer needs your access. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and governing law) continue after termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be notified within the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to arungurung2215@gmail.com .
